Yes. That is called an all-keys-lost job, and it is routine work. We read the vehicle to get the key code, cut a new blade, and program the chip to your car's immobiliser — all at the vehicle. You do not need an existing key to copy from, and you do not need the car towed anywhere.

How long does it take?

Once we are on scene, most keys are done in 20-45 minutes. Simple transponder keys are at the fast end.
